Zazwyczaj - pamiętaj - chodzi tu o kraje dużo uboższe, dysponujące gorszym zapleczem sanitarnym i nieporównywalnymi do naszych możliwościami w zakresie opieki zdrowotnej. Tam biegunki i "banalne" infekcje nie są banalne i niejednokrotnie zabijają. A i infekcje nie tylko "banalne" się zdarzają.
